30-days Return Policy:

  •  If you are not satisfied with our products and services, you could easily return it to us within 30-days of delivery of the product  for 100% refund or  exchange on the total invoice value.
  •  We offer free return shipping.
  •  You will receive free return shipping on all refunds or exchanges for all product within 30-days return policy.

Cash On Delivery:

  •  Cash-on-Delivery (CoD) is a payment method where you pay for a product in cash, when the courier company delivers it to you. CoD option is available on select pin codes up to Rs.49,000. It is not applicable on customised jewellery.

Terms And Condition For Return Policy:

  • We provide 30 days return policy with no questions.
  • Product must be in perfect condition and with original certificate.
  • Without certificate product will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
  • Only products without custom engrave/carving will be accepted.
  • If any mark of wear or damage or change in originality of the product is found, it will not be accepted by us.
  • If customer purchased product during discount or with coupon/promo code, Customer will only be refunded with the discounted price as per the invoice.
  • Its only 30 days return policy, after 30 days refund request will not be accepted. Only Product exchange request will be considered.
  • For all money back transactions, Value added tax at the applicable rate shall be collected from the money back value. The prevailing rate is 1%.
  • reserves the rights to modify the refund/exchange amount of product based on the quality checking.
  • Customer will have to pay difference of new product and old product before dispatch.

When We Receive Product From Shipping Company:

  • It will pass to ware house for quality checking.
  • If product will be accepted by quality monitoring team, we will start refund process.
  • If product will not be accepted by quality monitoring team, we will send to you directly and no further refund process will take place and all rights reserved to and Torra Jewels.
  • Refund process takes time 7-15 days.
  • In case of refund, the payment shall be made by way of an account payee cheque within 15 days of received of product along with Certificate and Invoice subject to quality checking and acceptance.

How to return product?

  • Make your packing slip ready:​​
  • You will receive packing slip with product packing.
  • If unavailable:
  1. Take white blank paper
  2. Write bill number, name, mobile number, email id and address in clear writing
  3. And most important is write REASON for returning the product.
    E.g. wrong size, wrong color, damaged in shipping etc.
  • Pack your product:
  • You have to pack product in product box with original/copy of invoice.
  • And packing slip with our full address.

Shipping Process:

  • When you ready just call us and we will arrange courier service at your door step.

Refund Process:

  • If product is eligible with our return policy, then refund process will be start in next 7 working business days.

Life Time Exchange:

  • happily offers a LIFE TIME EXCHANGE on all products that are purchased from us.
  • You can exchange or upgrade our product with L.T.E. Policy.

We will joyfully provide Life Time Exchange as shown in downside:

  • On Diamond Studded Jewellery: 80% of current market value.
  • On Gem Stone Jewellery: 70% of current market value.
  • In all cases, market value decided by and Torra Jewels.
  • Please note that, original certificates are required at the time of L.T.E.
  • Money will be deducted if any missing diamonds or gemstones from the jewellery is found.
  • Any product in perfect condition (with no missing diamonds or gemstones, if any) could be returned at the current value of all the materials with minor deduction of melting and recovery costs.
